I started Kathy's Kleaning in September of 1990. After working for several cleaning services and a full time nanny, I thought I would try to run my own business. I have enjoyed the journey that having my own business has taken me, and truly could not see myself doing any thing else. I'll admit it has been trying at times, however the people I have met, and the relationships that have grown from this experience are second to none.
My business is not a Franchise, which in turn means we must work harder and be better than all of our competitors to earn your trust and respect. I personally make every decision regarding all aspects of my business, and don't rely upon the "franchiser" to give me advice. I personally meet more than 90 percent of our clients face to face doing free in home estimates as we are not just a voice on the phone.
Our Clientele is really the core of my business. Without you, we simply could not exist. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making us so successful.
